Great job, Nousha. I agree with everything you said. I would add one idea. Thoughts lead to feelings and actions, but I've also heard the's hard to 'think' yourself into to action, but you can 'act' your way to positive feelings. So, for entrepreneurs, we must both feed ourselves positive mental food, but if we don't take action (like getting on the phone or connecting with people) then we may end up not getting any results, which can lead to a negative spiral. What do you think? I suppose we need both!
