In Episode #1 Nousha shares the five levels of optimum health and how we need to nourish, protect and renew each level so they can work harmoniously to create optimum health.  In this episode Nousha illustrates the importance of being emotionally healthy from the inside out and provides you with four tips and four resources to assist you in enjoying optimal emotional health in the long term.

Emotional health begins with feeling good about your life overall.  Feeling more often than not the feeling of joy, happiness, gratitude, love for yourself, your life and all you contribute. 

Nousha realizes this is not the case for everyone.  In fact, in 2009 she could feel her aching heart.  Her emotional health was less than optimal. 

You see, Nousha had a great job, it paid very well, she owned a beautiful place and had all the “things” that money could by, yet she came to realize that what was once a dream job and lifestyle no longer fulfilled her.  She was hungry to find something that would reignite her heart and allow her to shine her light again.

So what did she do?
